		<description>I agree, but in a way, I think it&#039;s somewhat patronizing. 

If a person is really interested in blogging, there&#039;s no need for the paper to hold out a supportive hand.

That person could create their own blog and if the content is good enough, get an audience. All by his or herself.

If a person isn&#039;t really interested in blogging in the first place and then the paper decides to offer them a blog ... I&#039;m not convinced the blog is going to be wonderful.

Still, it&#039;s worth it to try.</description>
